This man has seen every school struggle, every career hiccough, every time I’ve started back from square one, every mental health episode, every girlfriend, every best mate, every unanswered self tape, every bombed gig, every failed recipe, every 3am Saturday close and every time I could never catch a rugby ball. He still tells me every day to keep going.

I am so very proud to have him by my side after what has been a very testing few months. If I’m half the man he is when I’m his age I’ll be extremely proud.

It is finally here! The Flash is in cinemas now. Some old friends and some new coming together both on screen and off it. Hugely proud to have worked on this film. To have kept going through the challenges that we faced was remarkable.

From being introduced wearing a giant green condom, to becoming patient zero with @ellispartridge, to watching @peteralberti finally sign the paperwork he had worked so hard for. These memories will last forever.

Big love to Ezra, who always treated me and my small involvement with humour and respect.

To @ashii_90 and Laura who went out of their way to make me cry on my birthday, which I will never forget. To @dave_a_wilson who put up with countless hours of shit conversation when he was just trying to do his job.

The whole Barry squad of @peteralberti @attempt_46 @edkingsleywade @mejgreen, and of course @paulrsultana @hrjoness. You guys made standing amongst those hot screens for hours all worthwhile.

To all the cast and crew including both Andy and @barbaramus a massive thank you. I will never forget it.

I was in absolutely no way meant to be involved in this scene at all. I wanted my face covered the entire time! However, after a late drop out I was forced out of my comfortable white armour and into this. Do something out of the ordinary and you’ll be amazed at what extraordinary things can happen. BIG LOVE.
